Hello I have a question regarding the hip. Is it bad for the ligaments to stretch into the front splits where the right leg is in front while the back leg extends backwards. If the back leg extends back over 45 degrees does that mean it will pull and stretch the ligaments which is bad because it will weaken the ligaments correct? I feel like doing the splits doesnt seem like a good thing for the body.
