Fun facts: 1. The LIVE stage was directed by the multi-talented director Shindong who directs most of SM artist The Stage and some MVs. And they did a few more LIVE stages of songs from this KRY Mini album. 2. Super Junior is actually more known for their ballads. Their ballads are amazing especially their harmonization and beautiful lyrics. 3. Label SJ is their independant label, which is still affliated under SM, but they manage everything on their own i.e schedule, comebacks, albums etc. I also humbly recommend you to listen to their full album. It doesn't have to be a reaction. Just for your personal joy. It's really gold. It gets better with every song. Thank you for the reaction!

The SJ label was a bit of an alien concept for me when I first heard about it lol but it's cool that SM made this a self-sustaining group who manage their own activities, make their own music and channel their hard-earned money back to the group. It's a great way of developing the members' talents beyond just being idol performers. K.R.Y. is a power vocal trio, personally to me they are some of best in the industry - each has unique vocals but they sound so good together. As someone who only started following SuJu in recent years I was surprised to learn that this sub-unit hasn't released an album till now (they each have great solo numbers) - these 3 guys are born balladeers

If you haven’t already, you MUST check out Super Junior - “Sorry Sorry Answer” MV and Live! Kpop fans think of Super Junior as only making upbeat, dance type songs whilst only their fans (ELF) know that Super Junior is more known for their ballad songs. Super Junior as a whole has some of the best if not the best vocals in the industry, and I’m not just saying it cause I’m a fan. Their vocals, harmony and just range in general is out of this world!

super junior does have a big role in the kpop industry. K.R.Y was the first sub-unit in kpop history, even at that time the term sub-unit did not yet exist and many people disagreed with the concept. but now, almost all kpop groups have their own sub-units. many other things that have been done by super juniors have in fact opened the way for the next generation. for K.R.Y itself, this sub-unit consists of 3 main vocalists in super junior. they are Kyuhyun, Ryeowook, and Yesung. since their debut in 2006, they sing a lot of OST for TV drama in Korea. then they released a single in Japanese version and did a lot of activities there. this album "When We Were Us" was their first Korean album after military-hiatus. and for other sub-unit, super junior has -Super Junior D&E, consists Donghae and Eunhyuk -Super Junior-M (Mandarin), consists Eunhyuk, Donghae, Siwon, Ryeowook, Sungmin, Kyuhyun, Hangeng and 2 added chinese members Zhoumi and Henry -Super Junior-H (Happy) consists Leeteuk, Eunhyuk, Sungmin, Shindong, Yesung, Kangin -Super Junior-T (Trot song) consists Leeteuk, Heechul, Eunhyuk, Sungmin, Shindong, Kangin unfortunately for subunits M, H, and T there is no certainty from the agency for a comeback. Thank you for your reaction. Super Junior have 5 sub units. This is SUPER JUNIOR KRY & is the first sub unit formed in KPOP (2006) ... In all this time they haven't had a Korean album released. That is a sore point with ELF as they should have had one many years ago. So .. this is their debut Korean Mini Album "When We Were Us' (same as the song). The other sub units are SJ - M (mandarin) (first KPOP sub unit in China), SJ- T (Trot- Korean Cultural grp), SJ -H (Happy) and SJ D&E ...

This is such a long awaited comeback for Super Junior-K.R.Y. ;P And although K.R.Y. is Super Junior's very first sub-unit, and one of the very first sub-units in the industry -- who debuted all the way back in 2006 -- can you believe that after 14 years, this is K.R.Y.'s first album? Up until now, they have pretty much been known as a live performance unit, so they have tons of live performances, and they all have solo albums and projects, but they haven't released an album as a unit, until now. We E.L.F have been waiting for an album from these vocal powerhouses for a very long time. :D K.R.Y. is made up of 3 of the best vocalists in the industry, who each have their own unique vocal style, but when you combine them they create some of the most beautiful and magnificent harmonies and breathtaking vocals of all time. They are known as the kings of the ballad, so all of K.R.Y.'s songs are ballad-style songs. K.R.Y. is the vocal standard that all Kpop vocalists strive to reach, and it's often their voices that are used as examples when trainees are learning how to sing, which sets an almost impossible standard. :D Yes, Super Junior has their own label -- Label SJ -- it still is under SM, but it is run by the members of Super Junior so they are able to be more independent with what they do with their careers, their collaborations and their music. It's similar to how Lay works as an independent artist under his ZhangYixing Studios, but still collaborates with SM in everything he does. And WayV is under Label V which is a branch of SM, but it is in China and it focuses on producing music specifically for their Chinese audiences. Label V was created as a way for SM to circumvent the restrictions that China has put on anyone affiliated with a Korean company from working in China. Because Label V is a Chinese company the Chinese government sort of turns a blind eye to the fact that the members of WayV are still technically under a Korean company. Kyuhyun debuted as a soloist in 2014 with his title track MV "At Gwanghwamun" and his second album in 2015 with its title track "A Million Pieces" MV. His third mini album Waiting, Still was released in 2016 with its MVs "Blah Blah" and "Still." And after being released from the military last year he released the album The Day We Meet Again with the single "Aewol-ri." Plus he has dozen's of OSTs. Yesung debuted as a soloist in 2016. He has dozens of singles and a a few albums. His debut album and title track is "Here I Am," and his second album Spring Falling came out in 2017 with "Hibernation" and "Paper Umbrella." His most recent album and its title track "Pink Magic" was released in 2019. He has more than a dozen singles and OSTs as well. And Ryeowook had his solo debut in 2016 with his title track "The Little Prince" (Ryeowook's nickname is The Little Prince and the song and MV is based on the book "The Little Prince") and then last year he released his second album called Drunk on Love with its "Drunk in the Morning" and "I'm Not Over You" MVs. Plus, he has several singles, collaborations and OSTs. Check out all of their Wikipedia pages and Wikipedia solo discography pages to see a full list of songs you should check out. I recommend starting with Kyuhyun's "At Gwanghwamun" and "A Million Pieces"; Yesung's "Paper Umbrella" and "Pink Magic"; and Ryeowook's "Drunk in the Morning" and "I'm not Over You." Speaking of Label V and SM's Chinese affiliation, have you seen that Super Junior's Chinese member, Zhoumi has recently came out with a few new songs? One of the songs he recently released was a song he wrote called "I'll Be There" and it features Kun and XiaoJun from WayV. And his newest MV, which just came out yesterday, is called "Starry Night"and it is a collaboration with Ryeowook. "Starry Night" has both a Korean and a Mandarin version (Ryeowook and Zhoumi are both members of Super Junior -M, Super Junior's Mandarin sub-unit.)

As many people have mentioned, this is a sub unit. They all have already finished their military service. Kyuhyun was the last one, and he was discharged last year. The song you reacted to before, "Super Clap," was that comeback with all of the members being out of the military. The group IS working on a new album this year, supposedly, since this year is their 15th anniversary. They've hinted at it multiple times and ELF are pretty certain it's gonna happen. Super Junior originally was a 15 member group but only 10 are active members (9 from SJ, 1 from SJ-M =10). Some left, others are in hiatus. This is a subunit KRY, (only Kyuhyun Ryeowook, Yesung). They were the first kpop subunit in the industry, and also known as the best singers of kpop by critics, due to their vocal range, techniques, color. As I told you, they are a subunit but also have solo materials each one. They do mostly ballads, and it’s worth the listening. Super Junior as a group, they’ve been together for almost 15 years. And still go on at an industry that changes a lot. Thank you for hearing them and the reaction :). If you want to hear more of them, I highly recommend you “Evanesce” and “this is love”.

first of all, thank you for reacting to SJ KRY's new song. I have to say that I love how you showed the full SJ picture, and members also former members at the beginning of your reaction. As you may have known, KRY are the main vocals in SJ, and are considered in the top lists of vocals in Korea.. Label SJ is their own label gifted by SM Ent for their 10th anniv. they are their decision maker for themselves, so for the past 5years, they really gave their all for their songs, albums, MV, & concerts. Shindong (the bigger build guy in the member) has his own Production company, Walala production, and has done several of SJ's MV. and since 2019, nov - during EXO comeback, Shindong was given in charge for their THE STAGE performances. after that, as far as I know, for SM's group/solo comeback, THE STAGE performances was done by Shindong's team. (SJ, NCT 127, NCT dream, Baekyhun, WayV, SJ KRY). whereas, Label V was formed for WayV for their promotions in China, because of the political situation between Korea n China. Because SJ was supposed to be a rotational group and the members were supposed to graduate and go into their respective fileds in the industry, but when SM ent decided SJ to remain as a group, the members have so many talents within one group, thus you can say, SM set the bar so high with SJ that now every Kpop group have to have those skills as well (MC, Radio DJ, comedian, singer, dancer, rapper, musical actor, model, composer, song writer and many more. SJ was the first group to have received trophies from Music awards, radio dj awards, variety show awards, actor awards , and musical awards. pls do check out Kyuhyun, Ryeowook & yesung's solo songs and react to the songs.

SJ💙15 15th Anniversary in Nov. 15 members (total) 2 of which are from 1 of the 5 subunits (Zhoumi & Henry) All have finished Military service. (3 members are not Korean) 9 main members are still active in group. (Others are actively doing their own thing) K.R.Y. subunit are the core vocalists of Super Junior Kyuhyun Ryeowook Yesung Super Junior members respective solo work and colabs are also amazing. Not to mention their moves in other entertainment (not just kpop) Show Hosting, MCing, Acting on Screen and Stage, Directing, Producing etc... Almost every member has their own KZbin Channel or other social media acct. My fave songs of 2020 so far: Zhoumi ft Ryeowook "Starry Night" both Mandarin and Korean versions. (Zhoumi is the last subunit member. SM be sleep on him the most and a few "extreme main groupies aka ugly fans" fight him joining the main group😭) Kyuhyun has 1 new single and 1 new OST out so far. "Dreaming" & "The Moment my Heart Flinched" He is working on Werther the Musical. (I fell for his work in the musical The Laughing Man and he has done many others too) *Donghae "Harmony" There really is no end to Super Junior.🤗
