I swear Dame is articulating perfectly what I deal with daily in this corporate world. Its even more interesting that I recently came to the same exact conclusion. You can not expect a person with no honor to behave honorably. Dame actually put me up on game just now. Guys who rely on money to compensate for character will operate with no code of ethics or honor in fear of loosing that financial status. Great video.

People have girls because of their success, People need vip to get a table. People take pictures of the money like its theirs flaunt to make them look good. People lie about the littlest thing never trust them again. Everything dame said is on point. Its no coincidence i knew this from the get go. My concern is when it comes to economics this can effect somebody else's life whos not on track. Anybody independent doing their own thing that never needed to flex shouts out to you. Theirs nothing wrong with doing your own things and most significantly its how you do it. You will get hated on regardless just by a fake smerk thats just a haters way trying to prove they better then you. But the smerk didnt work if you avoid it. A stupid look on a haters face is allways the conclusion if you dont pay them no mind. The only way we as poisitive people coming together in conjunctions is thru spirit based the good things we all do simultaneously no matter what state country or city we in at the sametime thats how you revolutionize poisitivity, I assure you if you genuine this is away of hope, In this world we goto be productive respectufull to others, Stay humble do poisitive things, No need for the hate, If you prejudice its no need to be because that person can have the same intentions you have to change their path in life and create a platform. Peace and blessing im from compton, But this type of stuff can impact the world no matter where you from. Distinguish yourself for the better. You can maximize your potential. Essentially average person tries to hard. Im aware of the coons. Be yourself is the only way you can stay relevant to all people. This is my perception and its practical to what dame was saying. People real based on their character identity and integrity skys the limit i know yall have the knowledge to relate.

he said it in a nutshell, but forgot to add, a liar will lie with the intention of getting the best of you (purposely upsetting you) The more slimey and crafty (when it comes to playing these types of games) they are, they're telling a lie to provoke you. This is why folk that like to run circles around others would rather whatever person be "emotional", than disciplined or mature in mind and nature. Having ethics, discipline scruples and the likes usually will have someone as such try to deal with you from a distance. As they do not want to be confronted for the things that they do. They would rather show out from a distance, because their spine won't allow them to be so bold to your face, as how you would behave or what you'd say would remind them of who they truly are at the core. I remember the first time that an unscrupulous, fat, and smelly cow, told me to my face that I was a liar, and the evidence (which was the title to my car) was fake and I bought it off the internet........I immediately froze in my step, and it was at that very second that I knew that I was going to have problems with anyone I reached out to within that agency. Being that if he felt comfortable saying that so confidently, those above him encouraged it, and were liars in the same *light. As I'm sure he learned from them and felt good about being liked for excelling in this good craft. When someone believes they have the power to have you believe their nonsense (whatever they tell you or say you have done) when you know better you have to leave this type of person in hands of someone that's truly powerful. Back in the day, you handled things one way, with thugs and folk who would gladly defend your honor, whether you were right or wrong. But with age comes responsibility..........and you will always connect with those that you must, to know all that you need to. Who even wants to deal with or pretend to trust?extend your trust to someone that is slimy and flip flops or plays both sides of the fence?! They say, in order to know a pig you have to lie with em...........nah not really. That's just a saying that sounds good!

They played off Dame's anger and always being up in his feelings. Too easy to manipulate somone in their feelings cause they cant seperate personal and business.
@moonprint15347 жыл бұрын
dame used to be one of my biggest role models but looking at other successful people is where i see he went wrong, you can't keep comparing the corporate world to the streets they are two different things, you can't expect a nerd to go by street rules, you can't disrespect people because if it was the streets you would of killed them that makes no sense and I'm sure he knows that was his downfall deep down, also another one of his points were that your not a boss if you don't put up your own money... a lot of these millionaires have never used there own money, you think mark zuckerberg used his own money for Facebook? he had investors, same as elon musk etc.. id rather have 40% of a billion pound company than 100% of a one million pound company. @kenyetta you should try broaden this guys mind and stop just agreeing with everything cause it gives a false narrative that many will believe if they don't know any better
@JamesRoyston17 жыл бұрын
Moon Print it's amazing that you didn't listen to a word he said. He outlined what you the difference is between street and corporate within the first 3 minutes of the video. You said you would rather have 40% than 100% that's not successful compared to the person who owns their own business outright and that won't make you happy in the long run because you wouldn't in that scenario, have nothing to pass on. Dame is trying to say control your own destiny from what it looks like to me.
@JamesRoyston17 жыл бұрын
Moon Print that's what makes him successful is the fact he owns it. No matter how big or small it is. No one can take that away from him or his family. Great message from a successful person.
@chishaun84666 жыл бұрын
Moon Print - You missed a lot of his points and you don’t seem to understand HIs perspective. Dame had no downfall. He chose to not stay in the industry. Yes Elon and Mark do have investors but they have to answer to them and that’s fine if they want to take that route. Dame is different he rather have 100% of a million dollar business than 40% of a billion dollar business. He finds pride in owning and that’s perfectly fine. Money isn’t everything to him, ownership is.

The Tenth Commandment: "Do not covet other people's possessions or wives/husbands." Capitalism goes against this because it teaches that the more you have, the more important and royal you are. That shouldn't be the case. There always be a high class, middle class, and lower class, but you should not judge a person because of their level, but because of their heart and contributions.

Youre comparing apples to oranges. Of course there's a difference between how business is ran "in the streets" and in offices. Dame speaking on obvious circumstances like he figured it out and need to tell everyone about it. You can learn a lot more by just taking online business classes that study successful companies. If ya cant seperate business from personal, then you wont make it at all in life. Corporate played on Dame's anger, feelings and overeaction to mainuplate him. Its too easy when someone is all up in their feelings.

Jay not mad at Dame....he just waiting to see him hustle outta shit. Jay music is always gonna be inspired by Dame, Biggs and Emory. Even his rhetoric now speaks musically of a lot of the same ideas. The only thing I notice that makes the difference is that your business has to be streamlined. Dame really has the same star power as Jay but he just ain't a music star and he ain't got the doe but his creativity and innovation is outta here. Dame needs a partner though. He was riiiiight there with Currensy before shit went left. His talent is also focusing in on the artist to bring them to light but it has to be controlled or he'll have an idea for a new business next week and bet it all. He's a hustle addict. Too much of anything ain't good though. U gotta turn that profit until the business runs itself...he says that all the time fam. I wanna see him ball again but he might have to be more thankful to hip-hop for his successes in the past publicly for the people to support his new efforts. We bought into they squad but Jay seem like the only one that says thank you to hip-hop. That's probably why he still around. Dame just talk about how much Harlem streets did for him.

Culture wouldn't have you deal with folk like that. I get money is everything to some folk. But you can't place yourself in places and around people who will treat you a certain way and could give a rats ass about lying about whatever, disrespecting you, stealing from you etc. Cultural behavior would not be involved with the likes, because then there would be nothing to complain about. What's good about cultural works and behavior is its consistency. Which speaks volumes whether it is 90 years from now or 10,000 years ago. Culture revels in discernment, insight and intuition. #period As you're not privy to this level of spirituality just to be privy. It has to be practiced
