You guys definitely have a new fan 🙌🏽🙌🏽 I’m an entrepreneur myself. I got fired from my job 3 months ago now and my businesses are growing. It was hard at first but the most rewarding thing is knowing me and my son don’t eat if I don’t get the bag. And I’m free to take a nap in the middle of the day if I want to, stay up all night and work, travel, write poetry, write music, spend time with my son and family. This is the best life 🙌🏽🙌🏽

I think the biggest reason why people have to hear something 8-9 times is because of self doubt and fear. Not because they can’t process the information. That’s what I’m going through right now. I feel like the path I want to take is a one shot type of deal and if it fails I fail.

Feeling the authentic passionate power in this vid. Definitely going to have to pick up the book. Damon Dash was the first black businessman I saw on the cover on TIME magazine (I'm in the UK) and that was over a decade ago when those heights of success seemed impossible over here. It was more than just a cover/article. It symbolised success is possible. Respect

I admit Dame Dash would be a great teacher because he's the only CEO in business that give out value information in its entirety every single interview he's on. Just listen close to everyone of his interviews he loves hearing his self talk so much that he leaks out too much game that can sold he's spilling all out for free just to make a point. Wow, thanks brother Dash for the free plug I'm definitely listening in with a mind like a sponge.👌🏾💯💡

Swear to God Dame and me got the same mindset. IT'S RUDE FOR YOU TO FAIL TO PRODUCE--QUICKLY, CONCISELY, AND COMPITENTLY. MAKE THAT SHIT CRISP. I have ALWAYS had a problem with a workplace culture dictated by immature and/or insecure people who form cliques and make the person who is there to just get the job done--not find a drinking buddy, not find a sexual supplier, not to expect the Boss and/or Manager to compensate for whatever they didn't get from Mommy and Daddy--make that person the asshole or the one with "an attitude". This is precisely why I stacked my chips, refined my survival and hustle skills and hand as a result haven't needed to return to Corporate America or any other Employee situation since 2008! I jist COULD NOT take all the chump games! I remember I once got terminated from a Boss who actually liked me and documented my level of production and commitment to the skillset, but let me go anyway because my immediate supervisor on our floor and her clique resented that I wasn't interested to join the "water cooler talk" or other extracurriculars that had nothing to do with the fucking job. I wasn't willing to accomodate the personality politics. I have been saying for years that most people are full of shit because they hypocritically accept or absorb and accomodate interpersonal styles from ugly, crusty-ass old White men or subtly belittling and conniving White females, but have all type of problems when the Boss is Black. Centuries of Propaganga has conditioned most people to believe that Black People have neither the right nor the responsibility to articulate their interests and defend their dignity--INCLUDING Black people. Man, the Don Dame comes with the jewels again! He got the fly terminology and erthang.

Love this nigga when he in his bag. A lot of the time I think the intelligence of the current hip-hop conversation is higher then the music. That's why the music isn't as entertaining as it use to be. Someone has to elevate the caliber in rhyme form and not just being a witty gangster with it but an educator.
