"There's two types of people in the world, ones who love Marilyn Manson, and ones that are jealous." So sassy.

I also showed this as part of a presentation when I was in High School, and many years later I met CJ at a bookstore randomly and shook hands with him, Thanking him for helping me pass the class!

the goths in the past were way different then the goths of today. today most people who are goth like a certain style of black clothes and its more of a trend and particular interests in things. but long long time ago goths were more abusive on themselves with markings and certain practices of worship and etc. its more of a particular interest in fashion today. i think thats what he was trying to explain

I still have scars from my teenage goth phase, not by my own hand, but by goth girls I dated at the time lmao My name is still a scar on the left tit of a girl who "enjoyed" being cut. I'd say she covered it with a tattoo by now.. Silly kids

Its so funny that I was a child when this aired, and when I grew up I attended (and still am attending) University where Lynn Crosbie is a professor. Very cool and ironic.

Rare indeed. Thanks for putting these up! Good foresight recording this all those years ago. I remember my very first exposure to Manson was via the Dope Show video on TRL. I was 15 at the time and very much a conservative born again Christian. I remember the video(and song) scared the hell out of me. It was so strange...and yet...so beautiful. As much as I was freaked out, there was something magnetic about Manson's aesthetic and music. 15 years later, and 30 years old, I'm still a huge fan.

3:45 It's strange to me that people associate Goth with some sort of abuse. Not to say that Goth people won't abuse themselves, but the the correlation is not always there.
