Sounds like what I felt like at 12. Seemed like nobody could treat me right in school. I felt pretty low and had no real friends, until one day I caught a glimpse of a pretty girl a grade below me in the hallway between classes. I just had to meet her. Well turns out I had a class in her homeroom and unintentionally sat at her desk one day and she came in to get some books for a different class. She said hello and stared at me with her sparkling baby blue eyes and a huge contagious smile! From that point on we became very close friends. We had 2 school years together. We had a couple classes together and study hall my 8th, her 7th grade. Tragically she died in a car crash only 3 miles out of town that we went to school in the start of her 8th grade year. Miss her like crazy still to this day. I was 12-13 when I was with her, she was 11-12. Cutiest, curvy angel u could ever lay your eyes on ever with a Huge caring heart made of something more purer than gold! I'm 25 now almost 26, she may not be with me physically, but she will always be my bestest friend and something more than that no matter how long it has been. She lit a fire inside me that I didn't know ever existed when my days were dark and gloomy! I will never forget what she did for me. Her name was and always will be Madison! Ask me if I believe angels exist among us. I Do!!!!

To me, this is an "ascension song". I stayed strong BC after so long of trying to go to anything else but god they all failed me so I held on to god as the reason let me skip to now and say I started off faithless now I'm so faithful in god I started off worried for my future now I know its something gods gonna handle I'm not feeling depressed anymore the whole year of 2022 was hard but with god I made it threw! Now I learned so much and love my relationship with god I know he loves and cares for me AND HE LOVES AND CARES FOR YOU TOO! When my dad introduced me to this song we were homeless. We had nowhere to go, trying to find a place to stay that wasnt a relative's house. We never had an actual place of our own. That didnt matter to me though because those summer nights driving an endless highway were some of the the most fun I've ever had. I love my dad to death but now his day are numbered, coming in and out of the hospital. He will never drive again which is something I'll miss. This song will always make me cry

Accepting a Mom Dad sister just chose to not love me protect me I @5yrs old had to figure out why another child Violated my body! Then raise & try to protect myself. While taking on there needs for attention! Trust in kids & adults vanished. I know they just want to do what's easy for them. God showed me recently He kept me alive thru a car wreck soo I would find strength to walk away & know I don't need to beg for their love! I have teaching ppl how I always deserved to be treated. Love this song. You ever meet someone and instantly feel a connection with them. I don't mean just physical attraction although that was there too. This happened to me this year. Never believed in such things till it happened to me. In getting to know her a little I found we have a lot in common. We even say a lot of the same stuff. There aren't any aquard moments with us. Everything just seems to flow naturally. I never would have thought such a person exists until I met her. We met over the summer and she was just out of a bad relationship. Things started to happen between us kinda fast. I have been thru a bad relationship also and we both were scared. We stopped talking and lost track of each other. I thought about her a lot over the months that followed. I never thought I'd see her again and then a few days ago we met again. Just like the first time I felt that connection again. Maybe things do happen for a reason. She is amazing. This song reminds me of her. :-)
