Good stuff. We have alot of the same inventory. I've been loading up on Fuente Anejo 77 Sharks. If you haven't had them I strongly recommend.

That looks like a nice Monte 2. They can either be fantastic, or completely lackluster. Smoke up!

I believe you, but I've never had a bad one. But age is important. The Monte #4 is supposed to be more consistent, as it's only a Mareva, and is also the biggest-selling cigar in the world. But now you can buy "Anejados," pre-aged for 5-8 years after rolling, you they're good right away. There's a Monte Churchill, an R&J #2, and a bunch of other brands, all in one vitola size each, so if you smoke every Anejado tyou've smoked almost every size. (No lanceros, sadly. Marevas & Lanceros would do me forever).

I don't feel like any cigar could be called lesser grade. all of them have a price and if you/I wanna smoke something I wanna smoke it not have it be a $75 shelf piece

And yet, there are many cigars, from $3.90 Curivari Coronations Coronas, to $5 Joya de Nicaragua Antanos 1970 Churchills, to $14 Liga Privada #9, to $32 Overpriced Opus X, to $100 Davidoff Royal Churchills that you could smoke...sowhy on earth would you smoke an expensive cigar that wasn't ready to smoke? Any box you buy online needs at least a month to come into its first set of tastes, and a year or more to get supreme. If I could afford to burn a C-note on one cigar, I'd want to make damn sure it tasted the best it could when I actually smoked it. Cheaper great cigars can be smoked when they develop their first tastes; and if you let them sit, they'd get even better, but smoke em if you want. But waste an irreplaceable expensive cigar by not smoking it at its best, & there's no reason to even buy it.
