Walaikum Salam ji Alhamdulilah, In this oven of Haier, the upper one has a grill to give color from the top and the lower one is gas, so it is electric from the top and it is a gas oven from the bottom, so it also has the option of temperature etc. In addition to this, the timing is given on the knob in the center and we set the temperature from above through the third knob.

But when I do the grill from the top, the temperature is slightly normal, But I don't grill it on top at very high temperature while gas oven is running from below

Agar melted ghee ho to kitna ln gy? Q k garmi hai to ghee melt hova hai ye consistency nhi hai plz batain aik or recipe sy kissi or ki the mn ny biscuit banaye zeera biscuit ban to gaye par cool hovy to soggy thy crispy nhi bany😢
