Hiring and using a cement mixer

Any concrete plant you hire,mixer,poker-anything,check the level of cleanliness before you take it out,if it is crapped up to the eyeballs from the last hirer,refuse it-or you will most likely be fined for its state of decrepitude when you return it.why pay for the mess of others?.

On top of that if the hire firm cant be bothered to keep their kit clean it's entirely possible that they don't keep it serviced either...Go somewhere else !

I don't mind them charging the culprit for the crap they leave behind,but some are sneaky and will try and palm the cost off on you.Like breaker chisels,steels-charge you for re sharpening/tempering and give you blunt ones.Crafty sods hire shops,watch them like a hawk.
