I bought a dump table for loose disc games that come in. Made some dividers to separate the consoles. Don't sleep on loose discs bro. Lot of folks only come in to shop the loose games cause they know they are cheaper...usually.

Wow! All of those games for $1 each??? That’s a steal and great deal for that customer. Sin and Punishment Star Successor (Wii) goes for around $30 loose. Great trades as well!!!

You might have to give an employee some type of equity in the store so when something goes wrong they can feel it and understand to besides just a paycheck.
