Here's a lemon pound cake that is super moist and exceptionally delicious.
No hassle at all.
It's really a super easy recipe that you just mix ✨.

◎Ingredients
Lemon Pound Cake
2 whole eggs (100g)
100g granulated sugar
Zest of 2 lemons
80g flour
30g almond powder
3g baking powder
110 g unsalted butter
Juice of 1 lemon
Syrup
20g water
20g granulated sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
Preparation
Preheat oven to 170°C.
Oven
Preheat oven to 170°C. 35-40 minutes.
Start baking at 30 minutes and see how it turns out.
Refer to the video for baking guidelines.
(If the dough doesn't stick to the skewer, it's OK.)
Recipe
Basically, you can use any mold as long as you adjust the baking time.
(In the video, I use an 18cm mold.)
If you use a mold smaller than 18cm, you can adjust the amount of sugar.
You can substitute any sugar other than granulated sugar.
You can also substitute almond flour for the almond pudding (it will reduce the flavor and slightly change the texture).
◉Tips
It's too easy... lol.
The only thing to do is to bake it thoroughly.
