His ALZHEIMER'S Made Yard Care IMPOSSIBLE!

We have an awesome video for you today, this yard has been wayyy over due for a cleanup. The previous owner had to move out due to worsening alzheimer's and a family member told us unfortunately he has since passed away. The son now owns the property and we will be helping him to get this thing back into shape so it can be put on the market and into the hands of someone who can live on and enjoy it. The lot is quite big, grass is super tall in the front and outrageous in the back. Todays video will cover the front yard since it literally took us an entire day due to the massive amount of tree removal and next week we will hit the monster in the back. You guys are really gonna enjoy this one, my friend Joe came to help because the boys are in school and we were super sore after this one. Thank you for helping that gentleman keeping up his yard. My mother died from complications due to Alzheimer’s disease and my mother was lucky she had me and my brothers to take care of her and her home. What you’re doing for that gentleman is beyond generous and helpful. Alzheimer’s is a horrible disease.

I'm so glad that you used your mower to move the heavier branches. Kevin, the Lawn Care Juggernaut, does the same thing. He always says "Work smarter, not harder." I agree also. Those to the right of the front door were way too close for comfort. That is a hugh lot with a lot of hugh problems. Use your mechanical equipment and save the wear and tear on your back. Can't wait for the backyard transformation.

It's great you actually had help on this beauty... gosh its a real diamond in the rough. Another family will bring back the love, this home gave to the original owner.....new memories. The lot has incredible curb appeal. Even on the road side.... what I'd do to this place.... cottage gardens, water feature, herb gardens, cobblestone patio, pergola with climbing roses..... bbbq area, maybe fish pond. The mature trees stunning and those box woods, wow. New roof, new paint...yup I'd be in heaven

This yard, as you said, ended up not being able to be done for a while. Some of it was obvious, like a seedling tree in a hedge clump, but others not as obvious... the extensive hedge planting, a plant bordered bed in front... until the mowing starts putting the form back in. This is more like a Discovery, as there isn't anyone to ask about what they have, had. Glad you were cautious when you ran across the propane bottles. A pattern, other things could have been left or set down as well. It may be 35:38, when I nearly laughed that you were working on such an extensive project and right across the street are neatly kept homes. Good remembering you could tow with your mower. That was a lot of extensive heavy cutting and pulling. A wonderful improvement between you and your friend Joe.

I used to work for a lawn service when I was younger. The owner of the service always made the crew do the trimming first before mowing. This helped us find things that could possibly damage mowers. It also helped to clean up the trimmings as we mowed.

Hello, Fantastic job well done as usual. Miss seeing the boys which are awesome too. Assuming you are still married we never see your wife or is she the one who is videoing and editing. Awesome job with everything and thank all of you for what you do for others. Congratulations to you and your brothers continued success and also sorry for your loss. We all face and try and deal with things out of our control. Wishing and praying for much success as your subscribers and views and all continue to grow as we love your content and the whole heartiness that you and the boys Ex simplify. Love watching so many of the landscaping and certainly everyone can pick their favorites. There are a few that stand out and I believe they just connect well, and I must say paying attention to those small insignificant to details does make a difference when collectively putting all the pieces together while leaving your signature behind really speaks without saying. I did watch a few of the landscapers with extremely large business and crews and they stated that these small shops are great going in and doing the regular maintenance as viewers love to watch but basically, they really are not there to offer advice and explain thing to the audience where as these larger companies, the overhead employees, equipment and supplies, benefits is way so much and they are to try and explain and educate the viewers and so forth. Who knows. A couple of Australia guys are very good also. Thinking outside of the box and trying to put a flare on things which us gay guys are notornises for, I'm still waiting for like the full package. FOOD FOR THOUGHT..... You all offer cutting grass, shrub's, trimming and blowing and shoveling and of removal of debris and anything else. That is a lot of work and yes time consuming, but some stand out more than others. Just saying. I have not seemed one person that has or can offer the complete package so to speak. THE ICING ON THE CAKE....THE CHERRY ON TOP. What I want to say is while at the end of the day showing your before and after shots it's like looking at the final canvas comparing back and forth, the before and after. What if one were to incorporate a driveway, curb and walkway power wash for what we could say to stand out. Think about it, power washers having their own business and the instant gratification we see you landscapers just cutting 1 row of grass is the same and making 1 pass with a power washer. OK, comparing the end results, the freshly cleaned will stand out much more than the picture with no power washing. A picture does not lie, and the picture does not lie. Here is the south, North Carolina you will find only a few Realtors that selling homes power washing the driveway and such without any doubts makes the property more appealing. Think about it. Jeff
