Great transformation on the property. I guess you must have been really shocked when the owner drove up, glad everything went smoothly with that. That yard would have been really costly for a regular Lawn Service to tackle, so I hope the owner appreciated all the hard work that you put in. I think it would be a great blessing to the neighbor, if you cleaned that yard up as well.

I can understand the homeowners concern. You could have been a squatter that was trying to move in. That happened at a house in Maryland recently. People bought a vacant house and on the day of closing found a strange family moved in and refused to leave. Now the owners have to go through months of the court system to legally evict them. Totally insane. But the Blessing Boys did fantastic with this property!!! Glad it all worked out! Great job boys!
