Hi Pin, I PASSED MY DRIVING Test today First Time. I want to really Thank you from the Bottom of my heart for all these videos you upload and Mainly UD Course,,,, The examiner said to me that ; you are such an Excellent Driver, I just responded to him, it is Ultimate DRIVING Course with Tears rolling down my eyes..... A day before the test, which was yesterday, I nearly gave up this test after 10 months waiting, theory certificate due to expire in 3 months time, and loads of silly faults in my driving yesterday.....and today, I smashed it today! Hurray! Again Plenty THANKS Pin. You deserve a 🏅Medal.... Godbless you Loads

@@Tree.fiddy. you are expected to drive at a safe speed for the conditions not necessarily at the speed limit but however fast is considered safe. If you are driving too slowly you aren’t driving a safe speed for the conditions

@@Tree.fiddy. you said you get a driving fault for not following the speed limit when actually that’s completely untrue you don’t need a “good reason” if you feel it’d unsafe that’s good enough the speed limit is never a target you will never get a driving fault for being a few mph below the speed limit if you are driving at a dangerously slow speed that’s when you get driving faults and majors

If you had ever lived somewhere in the countryside you’d see that plenty of narrow country lanes which are national speed limit however driving above 30 on them is pretty dangerous and driving above 40 on them is suicide so I see your point about lack of progress but it really depends on the road conditions more than the speed limit. Obviously don’t go above the speed limit even if the road conditions suit it

I passed my test 2 and a half years ago but I still like watching these videos. I will never forget the nerves I had a) in my first driving lesson and b) when I took my test. I also will never forget the immense feeling of relief I got when I passed, and I appreciate how much passing changed my life (I got a really good job where driving was a requirement). If I had failed, I would have missed that opportunity, and my life would be very different. These vids are really amazing for learners and helped me a lot! Also edit: after watching, Brandon seems like a really good, switched on lad. You can tell he's nervous but that's normal - worrying about things like when to use the handbrake is what I used to do! I'm sure you'll pass - just ALWAYS err on the side of caution. If there is ever a 50/50 with a traffic light, ALWAYS play it safe and break early.

I had a bad habbit of this but in the opposite that I'd try and stop when I should have carried on.. My instructor gave me a great tip that i still use now. She used to tell me to cover the brake approaching a green light then say 2 car lengths away switch to the gas and carry on through. Great tip and it takes the panic away!

There were just so many roundabouts at that place and at one I had a difficult situation with someone who caught up to me on my outside when I was taking third exit and they were almost blocking my exit, I cut across the dude to make my exit and got honked and he braked heavily, I knew it was over at that point. But like Brandon I'll go again next time💪

Brandon, don't forget that you are driving a "big piece of metal" and you should always be careful whatever the conditions as - big piece of metal vs most things isn't good - that said, stay calm and most importantly stay focused and hope you pass. I'm watching as someone who passed her test decades ago. The strangest thing I found when I passed was no one was telling me where to go (directions not expletives)

@@mariainesnunes7593 Literally the same thing happened to me, didn't think I'd be nervous at all to drive on my own wasn't nervous for the test at all but the anxiety really started to hit me, I found that I was just doing roundabouts incorrectly because I couldn't think due to pure panic. Literally just forced myself into the car everyday for the last couple of weeks and I feel pretty confident now but yeah, anxiety makes you do some mad stuff once you've passed.

I had the same problem with reference points, my instructor got mad, how is possible one day you doing right and the next day you miss it!? I figured out why. My chair was moved up and down and the reference point w\s not the same

If I were taking a test the thing that would immediately bring me down would be if I made a mistake and the instructor just sighs with disappointment idk it always hits me when someone does that after I do something wrong and I can never forget it till like a day or two after
