Archbishop of church of Uganda witnessed alot of things that seemed strange on his pastoral visit at Kumi diocese on his pastoral visit.Attempt to visit and reclaim churches grabbed by reformed Anglican church was met with resistance . RAC claims full ownership of some churches built under church founded schools.
