What a beautiful name it is, the name of Jesus. I took my daughter for a walk this morning, a cold winter day here in Montreal. I heard meowing and looked to find a cat scratching the front door of a house longing to get out of the cold. I started joking with Faith, oh Lord let us in, let us in, it's cold down here!!! She giggled. What strikes me is He will. Outdoor cats are resposible for the death of birds and mice. Yet we let them in. How much more will the one who made us (John 1:3) let us in if we come back home and beg to be let in!! May the name of Jesus forever be praised. He has invested everything in us. Amen.

Jesus loves when you talk to him. I do it quite often during the day. I may be doing dishes or cooking or just watching TV. I may have something on my mind and I ask Jesus what He thinks about it or if I can’t deal with it I’ll give it to Him. One way or another I’ll always get an answer. I am at peace and enjoy doing this because it’s the right thing to do.

What really gets me is that, hearing so much profanity of using Jesus' Christs' name in vain in this world, that sometimes when I sit down to pray, I almost fear saying the name of Jesus, due to hearing it mentioned all these times with lack of respect. So I consciously slow down when I say it and do it with reverence. Thank you Father for reminding us that we quote Angel Gabriel and Elizabeth when saying Hail Mary. Sometimes I say it quietly Jesus- so that He would know Im thinking of Him. God bless.

I lost most of mind before I became conscious of Jesus. I don't recommend it though. Not everyone should go that way. Biessed are those who become conscious of God without losing their minds.
