I am very confused about the Oza-nogogo language(s)! I hear that they have a mixture of languages. All I hear is speaking and singing in the Edo language. So, which other language do they speak? I fully understand they are full-blood Edo/Benin people. So, do they have a mixture of the Ika language?

Oza - Nogogo community is located in Ika South local government of Delta State. They speak Oza language which is similar to the Benin language. The community is surrounded by Ika speaking community like Alisimie and Alisor, that make they also understand Ika language and some of them also speak Ika language.

@@SocialEventsTv Thanks for this information. However, I see their dressing very similar to the Edo and with a little twist of Ika. But the language I hear them speak is 99% Edo language and NOT SIMILAR, but real. I said this to be fully sure that there might be some Ika dialect in the Edo language they speak. They speak the Edo (words) language fluently. Do you see where the confusion became? Very unique set of people, trust me! I love them so much for their uniqueness and being able to maintain their Edo affiliation! I am an Edo man, Oviedo Kpataki I am!!!!

​@@omobanedo9602They are purely Edoid people who have been corrupted by Ikas overtime. The Ikas too were once a purely Edoid group that has been corrupted by Igbos. Do you now understand where the problem lies? This is just the basic truth.

They are not Benin people they oza please !!!!! They know where they came from already but don't say they are Benin can you say esan or afami are Benin ? Let the Edo spread naturally.
