In a previous episode one eye is normal and the other eye has the ring. But in this scene he's so badly injured that the virus has him like on the back burner while he heals.

It is still cha hyun su but it is his desire speaking. His extrovert side. In s1 the monster was like a parasite. In s2 its like he has developed dissociate identity disorder. It is still him but in a different way. Monster cha hyun su job is to protect cha hyun su and eun yu. After all his desire is to protect her. And I'm sure that it is now to love her.

It is following his desires for now, yes.....but for how long? In that scene it's definitely not him that's controlling the body. It is talking about protecting him. In it's head at least they're separate. How much seperated? Disassociative Personality Disorder is a good idea....lololol but that scene felt more like POSSESSION....... beautiful, passionate, dangerous....and even scary...whatever they r infected with makes them human no longer....for me I guess THAT is the problem. If I am in love with him, what am I in love with exactly? What is he? When Cha Hyun Su is in control he rejects her. For her safety. What part of him is he protecting her from? That thing looks like him.....but...
