Lindy wasn't the problem with the Devils last year. Most Devil fans realize this. The problem was injuries to the D-Corp and some key fowards and Fitzgerald not getting a veteran goaltender in a timely fasion last winter. It certainly was NOT Lindy Ruff. Letting Tatar get aways when he could have signed a 20 goal scorer like him for $1 Million was stupid. The whole team loved him and he fit right in. I guess the GM can't fire the GM. Hopefully getting him back was an admission of the mistake Fitzgerald made and Tatar can hit the ground running and contribute like he did when he was last a member of the Devils. He's only 34 years old. Not too old at all for a modern athelete.
