Hello everyone welcome to another video. Todays video is a bit different as I’m going to be reviewing the Hisense Electric Cooker and also how to use the Hisense Grill as I didn’t have a clue when it first arrived. We’ve had this cooker for a week now, so what are my thoughts?

So just to be clear guys. I would not recommend getting a Hisense Electric Cooker.

i agree the grill takes years to heat up and its very hard to get the right parts to fix if anything gose wrong yes carnt you tell i got 1 and im losing my rag with it grrr avoid this model aswell the shelfs get stuck all the time worst oven ever

I just got one of these cookers a week ago due to my last cooker breaking and I needed one asap. The documentation states when using the grill keep the door open. I found that turning the top oven dial to grill for a minute and then turning the same dial to 220 degrees a toast can be cooked both sides in a couple of minutes

I just found this as I was trying to use the grill. Your comment has really helped. Only took a couple of minutes to melt the cheese on my cheese on toast. You do have to select the grill symbol, then select a temperature for the grill.

Your using the grill wrong. You have to turn it round to the grill setting then backwards to the 200% heat and it works decent

I’m surprised at your demonstration. I lightly toasted in the toaster that way I’ve not consumed too much energy, no need to pre heat just switched on the grill popped the cheese on the toast and about 2 mins ltr the cheese had melted enough for me to add other toppings. In total took me 10 mins to make four slices of cheese on toast. I’m well impressed with my new Hisense cooker.

That sounds like a right palaver, heating the top oven first for ten minutes before the grill goes on……I don’t think so lol, my oven fire up immediately and can cook toast in a couple of minutes 😮 no preheating involved. My cooker is gas though, so that could be a factor Carl, nice one matey 👍😃👍

Thank you so much show how to using hinsense HDE3211BWUK and I would like if you can make another video and demonstrate how to use the lower oven also please . I bought it 8months ago and still don't how using it , i' ve try baking cake or bread but it didn't work . Thank you in advance

Do your grill elements glow when using the grill because mine don’t

@@JodyArmit hi Jody thank you for taking the time. All my other electric cookers I’ve had in the past have shown a red glo. Unfortunately mine is the same and doesn’t Glo! Which I did think was a worry. Hope this helps and the grill is ok.😃👍

Agree with you - i just tried mine for the first time and was speechless! How much energy has been consumed to cook one piece of cheese on toast ? 😵‍💫 Took about 30 minutes. The manual is badly wtitten and does not specify how to use the grill . I had to read between the lines. Found the bottom Oven was quite good for roast spuds .

Thank you Jan for taking the time. Some great points made and it’s so frustrating as I know exactly what you are experiencing with the cooker. I never use the grill or top oven on our oven. Can't beat a gas oven but we don't have access to gas where we live

Hiya I just bought this cooker I can't seem to get the hob to turn on can you tell me how to do it , just turning the dial doesn't do anything. Thanks x

Have you pressed the I on the hob to turn it on, and do you have induction pans?

I thought that you are suppose to leave the door open when you are using just the grill, if you close the door then the oven part kicks in?

That’s exactly what I thought. But the instructions on this model tells you too close it, unless I have it wrong. Thank you for taking the time.😃👍

@@carlinio9 well I will let you know, as I have one coming in the next few days. I to considered cost, I have a 9 year old Beko and it to is rusty on top and other places. I read all the reviews which were good. I don’t use the oven a lot I tend to use my air fryer but I do use the top oven and the ceramic top.

This oven will be expensive to run. Don't seem right to run the oven to work the grill. I'm using a Airfryer at the mo for all my cooking

Just about to dump my Hisense oven, the grill is absolutely useless, never gets hot enough to really do a proper job. Don't buy one of their cookers its as simple as that.
