Thanks, ma. i also have this type of machine. i also thank God on it. What i noticed is that it doesn't wash the armpit area to my satisfaction. And please, can i use homemade clothes softner? May God bless you.

I love areil soap powder and also omo auto soap powder comfort 2 in 1 ;) i just switch to that !! I dont use bleach in my washer or fabric softner ! Never use plastic pods they do not bio grade properly and block yr pipes and fliters !!

I have WTJA1402T hisense washing machine recently the machine washes but doesn't drain the water

Not exactly the sane with mine. Press Rinse and see if it drains.

I didnt have the hi sense top loader ! But i had defy top loader auto 8kg and my washer 1 month away from 1 year .. !!! I had mechanical problems 9 months in . I ended up getting a refund under the 2 year warrenty ! We paid in more cash purschased front loader LG 7kg direct drive invter ...!!😅 My experiance im put off top loader s for life 😢..
