I had exactly the same thought. So many videos don't explain properly how to read it, and reprimand you for going too much to the left or right when it is actually just an objective reading on whether their are underexposed and overexposed areas.

Great video, Paul. Histograms may not be something that is used all the time, but good photographers appreciate and know how to use all the tools available to them.
