around 6:45 the large vesicular structure that you are referring to as large portal vein, can't it be hepatic vein? several portal veins would drain into one central vein and that vein was way too bigger then any central vein. Also several central veins would drain into hepatic vein. Thus I concluded that may be the structure is hepatic vein. do kindly reply good professor :-) Thx
