Hello doc thx a lot for this video If u can pls answer my question I'm gonna be very grateful, about architecture of alveoli do they all open in central cavity alveolar sac ? Or there's no central cavity because alveoli also are in center of alveolar sac but that means that spread of air that comes in is only through kohn pore I'm confused if u can describe it or maybe 3d model link so I can get an idea
@smurf30733 ай бұрын
I think each bronchiole opens into several alveoli. I think what you are calling "cavity" is actually the alveolar duct. And yes, Pores of Kohn do connect adjacent alveoli. I hope this helps!
@houriak8483 ай бұрын
@@smurf3073 yes but specifically the is it " full of alveoli like a compacted mass or the alveoli only just " evagination" from wall and they surround and open in a central cavity , hopefully I get my idea cuz there's difference of how air gonna spread if it's compacted mass then air when it reach the alveolar duct it's gonna reach all alveoli only through kohn pore Sorry doc 😔 but really I can't get architecture
