my case has been treated with surgery once the lymphnodes get to a size of risking rupture. mine are mostly in my groin (the bad ones) I've had 11 removed over the last 2yrs. now they are talking "preventative" chemotherapy and radiation because they say im right on the line of developeing lymphoma and are studying my case of the first they have followed from literally infancy of lymphoma to full development of stage 1

My mother biopsy reports say few vague follicles with pale interfollucular areas is seen,and lymphoid tissue core with predominant reactive pattern .and fnac says smear examined are paucicellular and shows polymorphouse lymphoid population of centroblast,immunoblast,centrocyte,small lymphocyte and large lymphocyte .background is hemmorrhagic.Does it mean lymphoma ? went to many doctors they cant tell anything clearly.She has swollen lymph nodes and tested positive of Epstein-Barr Virus .what do you think is happening?
@WashingtonDeceit2 жыл бұрын
This report sounds timid and vague, but it sounds like the pathologist is either steering you away from a malignant lymphoma, or he doesn't have the balls to diagnose a malignant lymphoma.
