Nice presentation but still, at the magnifications of fields shown here, histiocytes have to be differentiated from epithelial cells esp. in cases where carcinomas don't have much of hyperchromatic or pleomorphic cytologic features like those seen in RCC & thyroidal papillary lesions. The most important & significant point to confirm metastasis in a lymph node with ambiguous cytologic features, as you have rightly said, is obliteration of sub capsular sinus & / or capsular invasion.
