for those who finish the manga, did it explain why ymir has the same features of her old titan to jaw titan? armin/eren titans are different than their new titans. why ymir looks same?

The old mindless titan's appearance would still affect the new titan, like how Eren's attack titan's jawline is the same as his mindless titan while the past attack titans had normal teeth. One of the main theories is that since she spent so long as a mindless titan (a few decades) that even as the jaw titan it didn't develop new features aside from getting sharp teeth. It's just a theory though since it's never been explicitly explained in the manga.

I don't really know. But, in case of armin and eren, their titan power has a certain characteristics like hairless head (Colossal) and muscular body (Attack). While The Jaw has a special hardening ability on its jaw and claw. So maybe there's no other body parts difference for the Jaw.
