All good choices. There are so many good ones The Enemy Below, Bataan, The Longest Day, Run Silent Run Deep, Tobruk(maybe kind of cheesy but I love it) , Raid on Rommel, Sands of Iwo Jima, Battleground,Sahara. I'm probably forgetting so many more

Stalingrad, 9. April, Das Boot. Honourable Mention, A Bridge Too Far, Outpost (RIP Ray Stevensson) For five years in our late teens till 21, whenever my friend Jens and I had been out drinking, we would watch Where Eagles Dare over a last beer before going home and to bed.

@@TheTattooedHistorian I would also watch another Danish war movie from the same year, with the same main actor; "Krigen". Really good depiction of what the Danes did in Helmand, the Brotherhood amongst soldiers, and what happens on the home front.
