To nappilycurly - Isn't it just terrible to make something look better instead of creating a slum!!!!! In my area they're doing gentrification in reverse. That should make you happy. The entire little town where I grew up which was very nice and picturesque is now one big slum. And this should make you happy because it's now an African American area almost entirely. It's the most horrible thing you've ever seen. No gentrification there!!

I have bee watching a lot of house for sale videos in CA. This by far has to be the worst. so much of the house was not shown, and the camera work terrible. Also the commentary was awful! Looked like a very nice home, just needed to be shown off a bit better.

Batchelder tile if you wanna focus on that. Doesn’t focus on that. Do you know how important that is?? That is a whole story right there. Google it. You guys need to learn the names of appliances and materials. “Amazing stove, has a refrigerator and microwave” does not cut it. Name the brands and styles. Know them on sight. Camera needs to show more of house, less of people.

I guess I was a little salty with my comments, but I just feel if a person wants to sell houses they should know what they are selling and how to sell the features. The sellers are making huge money moves and deserve a VERY knowledgeable agent, not just someone showing up to scoop a big chunk of their cash by putting it on the MLS and opening the front door to buyers.
