i'm in az, with my house/bedroom facing west, and most of the other living space facing east. amen to overcast, as we don't get much of that here either, and that morning sun outside of my bedroom is ruthless.

This was a very destructive reno that did not respect the home's historicity and is now devoid of it's original charm. As an owner of a Spanish house the same age, I'm sad to see this.

cute spanish-style house that can present better without black-finish porch railing( not a fan of current "black" trend ) and the flesh-colored front door.(why?) ...the late 80s southwest-style flesh/lt tan/burnt orange accents color schemes in the interior should remain in that era. I'm just sayin' But hey it sold.

Sadly there’s nothing Spanish about the interior of this house, it’s been completely stripped of its soul, old world charm and spirit. Being inside this house, I feel like I’m in a super modern condo, I forget that it’s a Spanish home. The outside and facade almost seem like an empty shell full of empty promises. Not my style at all, too modern boring.

It's really a GORGEOUS HOME....,but the realtor who is speaking all the time needs a more SOPHISTICATED ENGLISH.....He is trying to be cool,but millennia guys aren't buying homes...🤭🤭🤭🤭🤭
