Nice house but the 18th century was a hard time for most people. Unless you were rich, your life was likely to be both short and unpleasant. Life expectancy was middle 40s and worse for the poor. One in three children died before adulthood. One in five women died giving birth to children. The clothes of the rich were nice, but could not coverup the stink. Few people bathed.

@@jec1ny thanks for your comments. By current standards certainly it doesn’t sound very nice but then that’s just progress isn’t it? By the 23rd century they might think our living standards today are dreadful. ‘In the 21st century they only lived to about 80, the air was heavily polluted by fossil fuels that they used to burn in their cars and factories, illnesses like Covid-19 confined people to their houses for months at a time, hundreds of millions of people were obese, millions used to die of cancer every year, the majority of people in developed countries had to travel to an office, sit down and look at a computer screen for 9 hours a day’. You get the idea 😀

The furniture seems to be designed in a style that tries to imitate period pieces possibly from the baroque or rococo era, but they are definitely not antiques. Beautiful house and setting though with a lot of potential

Well, since you asked... I think the property is very special. Elegant. Calming. Peaceful. That comes across in the landscaping, which is simple, but perfectly maintained. It has the look of a family that can afford luxury, and also knows how to maintain it. The roof looks very sound. The interiors look like they were built out by the best craftsmen, and exceptionally well maintained inside and out. Someone may quibble about the style of the interiors, that’s just personal taste, But the interiors are in fine classical taste with appropriate furnishings and decor. Someone is going to get a stunning property, and hopefully they will have the finesse and the means to maintain it as well as they find it.

Well, the house itself is nicely proportioned and the grounds seem well maintained and lushly green. The tacky interiors though makes one think Liberace is still alive and manufacturing cheesy furniture for the Czech lower-middle class.
