I love the 6 wheeled Trryell, the first year shape was better looking, but this is still very great. Also Lauda's Ferrari was the best looking Ferrari. I worked in F1 in1978, sadly the cars were not quite as beautiful, except the Brabham and the Lotus 78, the days when cars were real cars, individual and gear boxes. worked in f1 in 1978, can you describe what did you do back then. and i agree, these are much more of a machine then today's f1. i do structural repair's on airplanes, old and new, metal works and advance composites, probably not all that different

I know that chassis and engines (especially Ford Cosworth) are original with something new to make the race. Naturally Ferrari World Champion ex Niki Lauda '75 or '76 racing circuit in Monaco in the rain, not exactly the same as which is in the Ferrari museum in Maranello ...

Just to clarify some things: These so called historic F1 cars are just replicas, like those fake prestigious watches. Look at them and you'll see these seems freshly "baked" out of the factories/workshops. Look at the tires, much narrower than those fitted on the genuine F1 cars of the era.

These are restored cars, checked by technicians who detect the history of the car, if it is not original does not race, according to the categories run with the same tire sizes of the time, but obviously the tires are current, with compounds and design of current construction, obviously they are more performing and safer. To experience the same sensations and emotions of that era, you have to go back in time ...

That was Race Cars!! Every Car has an real Nice Sound. Not like this Shit What they Call Formula One Today. Every Car looks like the other. The Sound is The same. But The Old School Cars....Man...every Car has an Sound where You hear,If It was a Ferrari,Minardi,Lotus,Tyrell or BRM. Every Car looks different.
