A truly stunning property that I personally wouldn’t change too much. So many riads have been over-renovated, but this one is beautiful as it is. Please try to keep it as close to its original state as possible. I had guessed around €280,000, so €320,000 feels a bit high-but I’m no expert.😉

Glad to see the regular uploads on this channel. It’s always a bit of escapism. There was another video of another Dar el Bacha riad which had two price points, with the all in renovation cost leading to a turnkey final product. I wonder if a similar option could be given here.
