Love the little aside quips, giving your channel some humour is a positive thing and yes, your confidence is growing. Good video it is cool watching those Healeys being thrown around like toys. Wooden soled shoes = clogs 😂 and definitely not a good idea to go climbing hills wearing.

that beemer at 3:24 looks like someone cut the middle section out of a 3 series. Don't recall ever seeing one quite like that before. I was favouring the red TR6 but the Datsun 240Z at 42:21 pipped it at the post. Another great video! Thanks H!

Hi yes the Beemer has had the Bauer convertible conversion, I think these were done before BM offered their own soft-top 3 series. The 240Z is one of my favourites - they look and sound amazing especially with a period Samurai bodykit!! :)

Oh yes Harley. You have hit the button completely for me on this video. Smutty stuff out of the way first; the pic of the sheep after the one with the horn that you said was ‘chilling’ actually looked more like a pig! Apologies to the sheep in question 😂 That is so my type of motor sports I loved the content. I have to say I’m not a true sports car fan but, if I was ever to own one it would be an AH 3000. Beautiful cars. Can you tell me the make of car at 3.49; car #4, was it a Lea Francis? I loved the Peugeot 404. Of course the Porches were stars. I personally loved all the Alphas, beautiful cars. The Riley 1.5 and the Volvo Amazon were great. I loved it when the Pug 205 overshot the lines - oops 😂 When I was in the army stationed in Germany we set up 😮what we called ‘The Cheap AF Rallycross Formula ‘ if you don’t know ask your Dad what the ‘AF’ meant. In Germany they scrap cars in far better nick than we do. We would go round the dealers ask for scrap cars and the would give them to us for nothing. We would take all the glass and interiors out except the drivers seat. Roll cage made of scaffolding so it could be adapted to any cars. RAF Guterslough gifted us some cross country ground at the back of the airport, the Royal Engineers bulldozed a circuit for us and off we raced. It was such fun. Limos, Estates cars, Micras, etc all racing against each other. Supposed to be non contact but that went out the window at the first corner 😂 No injuries except I hurt my wrist ratcheting the car down to go home 🤪 More of those videos please Harley.

Glad you liked it, the car at 3:49 is a Riley of some sort, not sure of the exact model (yes I do know what AF is!!) sounds like fun!

Wow. I never expected that. I’ll have to do some research.

@@CarTractionvids Hi again H. I think that car might be a Riley MPH of around 1934 vintage.

@@greerbox Ah I see... I belive that car won the event as it wasn't all about going the fastest on the stages but also reliabiltity and time-keeping when traveling from stage-to-stage.
