As a boy I read stories of the dreaded demon of Ghazni who attacked Somnath and returned home with plundered riches 17 times . In the process how he left behind valleys of destruction where men , women and children were slaughtered is a saga best remembered for the tragic butchery. Today look at Ghazni ,they still live like beggars while areas near Somanth a wealthy lot. Karma is not a bitch surely.
