Too bad all the vloggers I folow bring up so many interesting places and I can only spend a limited time on my vacation :'( . But thanks to Micaela and Sharla I am spending a few days traveling around Shikoku next time I'm in Japan. Last year I stayed in the big cities, this year I want to venture outside of them.

I just realized that I was in Nagoya castle the same day. And I saw the ninja show there, it's awesome.

Hi! Micaela. How are you? I like all you're videos here on You Tube. I am very interesting Japanese Ninja lot. I do own Ninja Jika - Tabi, Tabi socks. I study History of Japan. I study Ninja, Samurai too. This look like lots of fun. I want to learn Ninja. I did take Judo lessons when I was a teenager in 80s. I never been to Japan. I am from Toronto Canada, we have a Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre in Toronto Canada.

So many interesting places in Japan. Nagoya is centrally located but feels like a "flyover" state in the US? Maybe a bit neglected? Nagoya castle's theme characters look fun. Wondering about the reasons for the reconstruction of the castle, so will head to Wikipedia for that. (Edit: The rebuild will be in wood like the original. Might be finished by 2022) Looking forward to the rest of the video series. Thanks for your hard work!👍

Nagoya is the 3rd largest city in Japan. According to Wikipedia, the Nagoya area is one of the 50 largest urban areas in the world. So, I wouldn't consider Nagoya to be like a "flyover" state. That being said, it seems like Nagoya is a great city to visit.

In April 2017, I traveled to Toyohashi, Aichi Prefecture for 2 nights. While I passed through Nagoya on the way there, I didn't get a chance to explore Nagoya. The people in the video are friendly, and it was fun to watch them show you around the castle.

That looked like a lot of fun. Although, I have to admit that I was surprised to see the ninja since I think they usually remain hidden. Perhaps they weren't real ninja. And to be honest, I never really thought about ninja eating snacks. Maybe this leads to other questions, like what do ninja do on their days off? Where do they take vacations? What is their favorite comfort food? What sort of weird hide-and-seek games do they play with their kids? The deer surprised me. Do they all live down there? Or do they just go down to feed in what looks like a beautiful meadow?

Yes new video! Those ninjas were amazing haha, did you have to pay for them to be with you the whole time or was it sponsored since you made video of it? just wondering are they nornally hanging with just a few visitors or are they supposed to guide bigger groups of ppl🤔

They offered to hang out with me for the video (since they weren’t meant to be performing while Tokugawa Ieyasu was performing...I mean... giving a speech!?) but depending on the day you’ll see them there doing performances for the crowd as well!
