Not sure what trans it is, but it seems 6 speed h-pattern with dog engagement added to it. He's not using the clutch, but he is heel-toe blipping the throttle for downshifts

It’s a one of F1 tranny from Mclaren mated to this car.

Old school sequentials worked that way. You clutch in on first, no clutch up the gears, and clutch downshifts

Is there a contact of a person who set up this machine? Is it also equipped with ecu efi technology?

Of course, BMW engines are fuel injected since the early 80s! The e36 had only fuel injected engines, the real M models also had individual throttle bodies! I have two e36 myself, they are so amazing! One is a streetcar, a 328i touring (wagon) and the other one is a track car, it’s the „compact“ bodystyle which is even more agile but insanely tail happy haha. The inline six engines are my absolute favorite!
