Soon they will be able to make entire movies from these AI scans. Doing this with modern images would be unethical, violating copyright laws, but with early historic figures it will have amazing educational potential. Having Lincoln give the Gettenberg address would be a wonderful tool to educate children.

The technology is breathtaking. The AI is advancing at a frightening rate only a few years ago coloured screens were incorporated into mobile phones, this was deemed cutting edge at the time, but making archive prints come alive in colour is on an entirely different level.
