Before 12 century, all the Non-bhuddhist tradition like Veishiek, Vedanta Charvak, Mimansa, jains, ajivikas etc are all seperate and independent tradition unlike today. Therefore, when Destruction took place in Nalanda, Takshashil, Vikramshil, odenouri , I think all Non-bhuddhist traditions also got destroyed. Today so called Non-bhuddhist tradition has nothing to do with ancient tradition before 12 century.

Bajara means sounds not diamond or rocks etc. The 5 brain wave on which mind / chitt / is attached to in this practice is called BAJRA GYAN / BAJRA YAAN / SOUNDWAY. The 5 brain waves are denoted as 5 buddha.

Thank you for the good information on history of Buddhism. But my mind is not able to grasp some parts of philosophy. I am finding some contradictions. E.g consciousness cannot interact with matter but it interacts with pran vayu, which is again a matter even tough in its subtlest form. Another contradiction: something that is beginning-less can never have a cause, which seems to go against the very premise of Buddhism. Please correct me if I am wrong.
