It makes me so sad when you see old photos of a street and how beautiful it was and know that a lot of those building were demolished for something ‘better’ - not!!!! Oh, this was wonderful. Thank you Stephen. I used to work in Chelmsford (Marconi) and would sometimes wander around the city (then town) on my lunch break, seeking out the cathedral's precincts because it was usually quiet there. I didn't know this history. Very interesting. Thank you for sharing 🙂👍

Loved you tour and history of Chelmsford Cathedral and Tindal street, Stephen and Yhana. While some of the history was tragic (Never a good idea to smoke on straw beds) it's always interesting. The Cathedral was magnificent with it stunning architecture. I would love to visit on one of the days they display the rare books. Just to see these wonderful historical books would be wonderful. We enjoyed hearing about some of your ancestors. We live fairly close to Janesville Wisconsin. Another wonderful video, Stephen and Yhana. Loved coming along!
