Marvelous content! Thank you for all your efforts to create such a complete and condensed video of all the computer graphics history.

When I was in the Air Force, computer maintenance people (it was called the 305 career field / no shred) had to know the history of computers from Jacquard up to the Eniac. (Along with a whole lot more.) All of that was review for me. About 8 or 9 years ago, I was in the British Museum of Science and recognized the Jacquard loom. The docent was so impressed that he gave me a four hour personal tour. It was one of the greatest experiences of my (long) life.

This is a very entertaining watch, but a fair amount of the information presented is all over the place, both in terms of accuracy and time frames.

My grandson has a 3D printer. I used to be pretty good with AutoCad. I would like to draft objects for him. He is of the opinion that Ultimake Cura is just a slicer. It did not sound that way from your presentation. Where would you suggest starting?

Some errors in your video. The man standing between Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak was not Ron Wayne it was John Scully. The Mac price was not $666 it was $2495.

What film is it at 15:37?
@seanoskea7411 Жыл бұрын
There is no film at 15:37, before that is ET, after is the Apple Mac ad from 1984, and after that is Star Trek 4. But 15:37 is a photo of a guy at a gas station

@@Vanastarr That's not from a movie, its a face capture demo of Andy Serkis (Gollum and a ton of other motion capture performances) reading lines from Hamlet.
