I started with Tekken I long time ago... Fortunately I got the Tekken book some 7-8 years after that and learned everything up until that point. Won the town's championship in Tekken several times... Now 47 and playing it with my kid...My favorite fighting game of all times!

Personally I like the thought of Akuma being in Tekken 7 for a number of reasons. 1. He fits the universe so it doesn't seem completely out of place for him to be fighting Tekken characters. Its similar to Kratos in MK, his universe is similar to Tekkens so he won't seem alien and to those who don't know about Street Fighter or Tekken, they'd likely think that Akuma was part of the regular cast. 2. He actually has a story that has to do with the main story in some way. It's not like Jason in MK X where he is just there, he actually has a reason for why he is around. Canon or non canon, I really enjoy when they give a third party character a valid reason for being in the game. 3. On the mention of canon, his inclusion very well could be canon. Where as nearly every other crossover is non canon and just for fun, Akuma could actually have significance to the plot. Given the fact that Street Fighter X Tekken implies both exist in the same universe, the trailer showing he has a debt to Heihachi's former wife and that Namco still has Tekken X Street Fighter in the works, I think it is safe to assume that Akuma is canon and that his appearance may lead to the events of Tekken X Street Fighter, at the very least his inclusion could be a game play test to see how SF characters work in a 3d game. 4. I just like crossovers so the mere fact that it's another character from a different franchise has me interested.

St first I was concerned, but it makes far more sense for Akuma (Satsuino Hado) to have close ties to the (Devil Gene) Mashima. Watch SF Alpha Generations. The description of the Satsuino Hado is damn near Devil Gene.

Well back when marvel vs capcom was even a thing, a factor that helped it become a huge series was that marvel allowed capcom to put one of their characters (Akuma) in the game. He was received pretty well since no one expected a Sf character in a X-men game even though it was created by capcom and after that Sf vs marvel was made, then marvel vs capcom was born

Hi just wanted to ask if it has ever been said that Heihachi doesn't have the devil gene? because based on your videos on the mishima and a few things I researched, he might have the devil gene. Let me tell you my three reasons why I think he has the devil gene. One, he's survivability. Jin has survived a gun shot to the head because of the devil gene. While Kazuya survived a cliff and a volcano. He has survived the same cliff and even an explosion which maybe the reason is he has the devil gene. Two, Jin and Kazuya devil gene relation. If I remember it right, you said that Kazuya bears the full blood of the devil gene and the reason why Jin's devil form is like that because he is only half. Wouldn't it mean that Heihachi has the devil gene as well as Kazumi which is why Kazuya has the full devil gene. Last and for I think is very compelling is that Heihachi's ending in Tekken Tag 2. In his ending, he was using the resources of the Mishima Zaibatsu to qoute unqoute "Return him to his former form" but instead he turned into Kuma. Because based on your video, he never said why he wanted to harness the devil gene's power(maybe). What I think happend is that during his battle with Kazumi is that he won the fight but onto her last act, she has seals the devil gene of Heihachi(She might have this capabilities because she does dress like a temple priesttess and maybe she is one hence the clothes). Now bittered and angry, he turns his anger to Kazuya. Making him atone for sealing his devil gene. Could you help me out? I like your videos a lot. Hope you make more content like this.
