The best thing about Les Mills is that it is inherently safe and an excellent workout for people w/limited time on their hands. For those with more times, it is a great test of fitness and their overall progress. I used to do most of them (BodyAttack, BodyCombat, BodyPump) but now I just do Grit; by far my favourite workout and occasionally BodyAttack.

You can see the Pump Legend Mike McSweeney as the instructor in Studio 1 with the good tan sunglasses on his brow and the bandana with rippling muscles

hands down, Les Mills is one of the best and taking their classes is a potential lifesaver due to their fantastic music, moves, the passion, and as part of the Tribe, family. One question, though. I really like to know what the theme song was used in this documentary. It was the song used for the beginning intro of the DVD for BP48 during the McSweeney Era. I love the Maori singing, the techno beats, and the sounds of warcries for the Haka. It's beautifully crafted. Kia Kaha, with love from a armadillo to the Kiwis (Form Texas to New Zealand).
