I really dislike all this "what if..." debates, they're pointless because it happened the way it happened. G2 proved to be the best team in the world at MSI. I have no doubt at all that the G2 that showed up at MSI would have beaten the IG that showed up at MSI (I have never seen IG that weak and G2 that strong). All the "G2>SKT>TL>IG>G2" is nonsense and only brought up to comfort NA fans. I hope that G2 doesnt take a nap on their achievement and get overtaken by the competition. If they stay as ambitious as they were at MSI i see them as favorites for the world championship. That said its pretty clear i expect Rift Rivals to be a slaughter. But i dont want to make RR a larger thing than it is, its just a fun Tournament that probably will be entertaining but just not more.
