Qatar Airways business class passengers fully flat horizontal beds in a 2-2-2 configuration on board its Boeing 777 aircraft. I’m living in Qatar and a Filipino, my family only uses Qatar Airways for going to Philippines, therefore every flight we have, their airline has no crashes making it the safest airline. And their new generation Economy seats is beautiful, no need to buy Business or First Class. For those who didn’t went to this Airline, try it, it’s definitely Worth it. Their cabin crew is nice and helpful whenever problems occurred. ^^

I flew a Qatar Airways A300-600 to Dubai from Heathrow in November 1997. Even back then, the customer service was excellent. Food was very good. And the seats were quite comfortable. Fast forward by 21 years and I'm sure Qatar Airways is providing a fantastic service. To make any business successful, it's the small things that count, and of course the workforce helping to put those small things in place. It's also important that all employees adhere to the delivery of excellence. Which Qatar manifests.

No, I don't think so - there is strong resistance from AC, like they did earlier to EK & EY, when these 2 wanted to start services from AUH & DXH to Calgary & Edmonton. They seeem to have resolved the issue over a cup of Tims & now they have service to these 2 cities.
