The KCR didn’t go bankrupt, the government made it merge operations with the MTR to simply the passenger experience

@@MrDocDamage Maybe KCR triggered goverment because its got Sha Tin-Centre Line and threaten the MTR stocks. Therefore, goverment forced KCR and MTR merge (Actually, it should be MTR annex KCR).
