Link: www.amazon.com/dp/B0D9YXBCL7 Just a note: The price is higher than the Australian store because it uses amazons network of shipping (the price includes the bulky shipping essentially) And Amazon takes a cut. Don't forget to grab some 2 inch net cups from Amazon if you are purchasing as the buckets don't include them due to variations in downpipe sizes around the world. Grab a size that is appropriate for your gutter depth. Thanks to all Again!

Congratulations Mitch! So exciting :D I am also having an exciting day, I just ordered my first 3D printer earlier today so now I have the problem of what to print first, and I reckon once I've figured things out a bit it'll be a row of multi-buckets to get some tomatoes going, but there's so much in the Patreon now I know I'll have months of prints just there, let alone non-hydro things (do such things even exist?) Very inspiring bud, well done you! And good on you Kegland for getting on board to bring your designs to the rest of the world, awesome to see two awesome groups meeting up to make more awesome :D

@@sambagamb can highly recommend the grow spikes, and the propagation dome! If you’ve got multi buckets coming do some end caps for your pipes. You’re about to fall down a rabbit hole hahahah

@@Hoochoomg absolutely yes to all of this, I think a few relos might be getting some propagation kits for Chrissy this year too, new obsession here we come! Oh and the bottle lid things too just for kicks, I do a lot of indoor plant propagation that way so I'm curious to test them out.

Your hydroponics channel is the best. Is there a sale planned in Russia?

I still want to find a way to reduce the cost to less than 10 cents per container including a net cup. and I also want this new system to sufficiently work in a single bedroom, and produce enough food to feed at least 2 people using SF600 or SF1000 grow lights - I am doing what I can with the time and resources that I have, but I believe it is orthogonal to the outdoor hooch bucket system!
@That_ChemistАй бұрын
there are packs of 1000 polypropylene food containers of varying sizes available for less than 6 cents each, so I believe it is realistic
@That_ChemistАй бұрын
the next step would be to take another organism (like how wax worms can digest polyethylene using their digestive enzymes which are evolved to eat wax) as a means to generate CO2 to directly accelerate the growth of your plants - I have been doing this with junk carbs and yeast with a decent amount of success, but you need a CO2 meter to monitor the contribution that the yeast or other CO2mposter makes
@xxdusty911xx6Ай бұрын
Would be great to get them in South Africa as well.

Hey Hoocho! Is there a possible moderation that could make this available to hang say 3-4 rows high? So like a vertical nft with pots for larger roots? I get that I’d have to run a pump too bc the height but you get where I’m going?

Hey thanks for this Hoocho! Wondering if you have a distributor in New Zealand yet? Or a way to ship? We are unable to purchase through Amazon that option isn't available. Thanks

Hey Hooch, I have a lot of trouble leveling my gutter which leads to overflows and leaks, it would be good to see you come up with a system thats not so reliant on flat ground (which I dont have)

Much simpler system, and more Cost effective, the DW NFT, I don’t have to worry about my pump failing, and I aerate my reservoir with a Venturi. Pump comes on for 30 mins in hot weather, had over 15 years to prove this system out vs Plain Krakty system.
