Yes (I added an edit to the description yesterday). Although it is specifically, the 1987 version. I found it weird that they didn't include Screwloose, when the following stage was named "A few screws loose".

@@TheTurtleNexus Technically, it’s the 1987 video game version of Wingnut. He’s based on his 1987 series counterpart. Info’s on TMNTpedia. I’m pretty sure you what that is though.

@@TheTurtleNexus I thought the same thing. It irked me Screwloose was missing. Should have been there fighting there alongside Wingnut. Or at the least have him struggling to pull Wingnut out from the ground after he's defeated.

I really hope so, alongside Ray Filet, Mondo Gecko, Leatherhead, they were among my favorite Toy TMNT characters. Only for years later to learn they were all Mutanimals and largely created by Ryan Brown. But Wingnut seems to get the short end of the stick.

The trend with them is that they are usually villains until they become allies. I could see that happening.

I’m willing to bet the Playmates Wingnut came first, then Archie’s version of him. The whole toy line came before the 1987 show. The people behind the series were tasked with making episodes around the toys as opposed to the other way around.

I think they will cinsedering the fact that tmnt has seen many vilans on screan in tmnt 1990 shredder tmnt 2 the secret of the ooze with tolka and Razzar tmnt 3 originally would had renet which means savanty Romero then in the canceled 4th movie tmnt 4 the next mutation we would had nano teck shredder and in tmnt 4 the first walks again we would have evil April and casy in the 2007 movie we had karai max wenters and the stone generals in the miekle bay turtles films we had shredder karai baxkster stockman bebop and rockstady and k6ang so it's no surprise that some day they will appaor on the big steam
