I don't know how long ago this video was made but I absolutely enjoy that song it has such a bluesy style to it which makes it extremely enjoyable which in my personal opinion Paul added two it Paul has always been about old-timey music so it's definitely his style

I always thought this song was the Beatles attempt to emulate the Bonzo Dog Band, whom appeared in their film, Magical Mystery Tour.

There's a reason why they chose "take 9." Number # 9 was John's lucky number, and he used the number 9 as a metaphor for himself throughout his 40-year life. "Revolution #9" and "#9 Dream" were also examples of John's fascination with the number 9.

As a kid getting into the band's catalog, I got Anthology 3 and listened to that song. First time for an 11 y/o, I didn't like it too much, but that was before I heard Revolution 9.
