THE MVP RACE IS OVER NOW!!! ...... ACUNA HAS THIS IN THE BAG. Just the overall sequence of events SOLIDIFIED why Acuna IS THE MVP. RBI single in the bottom of the 10th inning to TIE the game. He stole 2nd base (making history with his 70!) and scored the WINNING RUN on a RBI single from the next hitter (Ozzie). That's the embodiment of the MVP. The FIRST player in MLB History to have a 100 R (could get 150 runs scored) 40+ HR 100+ RBI 1.000+ OPS season from the Leadoff spot. (All of his at bats have come from the Leadoff spot. (Mookie would be the second with his next HR). But he solified the FIRST EVER 40 / 70 season... while LEADING MLB in Hits, Runs scored, on-base percentage. SB, TOTAL BASES.... second in batting average,, and WAR. He turned in on in September, while Mookie couldn't repeat what he did in August. CONGRATULATIONS TO ACUNA FOR AN HISTORIC SEASON, THE MVP, and hopefully a World Series (that He contributed to help WIN).

He most likely will be a 45HR/75SB/110RBI/150R/220H/37DBL/390TB/600SLG/1,000-OPS.. His Defense, arm, speed and power will only get better if he stays healthy. My first time commenting here but i watch every game and he is the MVP over Mookie by alot of votes. Still 4 games left. Mookies only advantage is he can play above average defense at different positions 😂 Another check in Ronalds box is he has cut his strike out ratio from last year 23% to 11%! That's sick when your talking about a power hitter. He's struck out 82 times in 155 games and 634 AB.. With all that being said, BB is a team sport. His teammates win the "Best supporting cast" award by a landslide BUT.. We have to finish the race to solidify arguably the best offense ever..
